PUEBLO SOFTBALL HALL OF FAME CLASS OF 2024
OFFICIAL NOMINATION FORM
Return Deadline: March 1, 2024

1. Complete all requested information by visiting the Pueblo Softball Hall of Fame website at https://www.pueblosoftballhof.com/pdfs/nominations and complete the online nomination form. Additional information and photographs may be attached. Incomplete nominations will not be considered. Hard copy nominations will also be accepted. 2. All nominations must be submitted no later than March 1, 2024.
3. Nominations will be classified in the following categories: Player, Coach, Contributor, Umpire, and Field Director. Categories are for the purpose of assisting the selection committee. 
4. Attach one (1) letter of recommendation limited to one (1) page. The letter should stress character, leadership skills, and citizenship.
5. The form and letter shall be retained by the Pueblo Softball Hall of Fame for a period of three (3) years.

GENERAL CRITERIA

1. Applicant will be selected on their achievements above and beyond that of the average player, coach, umpire, field director, contributor, or sponsor.
2. Applicant must have been involved with Pueblo softball prior to 2010.
3. Applicant must have been an active in Pueblo softball for a minimum of ten (10) years.
4. Applicant shall not have a criminal history.
5. To be selected for inclusion in the Pueblo Softball Hall of Fame, a person must pass the majority vote (75%) of the Pueblo Softball Hall of Fame Selection Committee.
6. Applications are good for three (3) years. Applications do not have to be submitted yearly.
7. No team applications.
8. Nominee MUST be nominated by another individual.
